Terms and Conditions
- Equivalent offer means same room category, same dates of stay, same benefits and same booking conditions.
- The guarantee is only applicable for the 24 hours after time of booking, as stated on your booking confirmation.
- All rates will be compared in Thai Baht. In case you book your room in a currency other than Thai Baht, Pinnacle Hotels will not be held to the guarantee in cases where rates differ as a result of fluctuating currency exchange rates.
- The best rate guarantee is only applicable for rates available to the general public online and available for reservation.
- In case of prepaid bookings where payment has already been made, the hotel reserves the right to issue the rate difference and 5% discount as credit for use at the hotel.
Availing of the Guarantee:
To avail of the guarantee, please send an email to phlreserv@pinnaclehotels.com titled ‘Best Rate Guarantee’ and include the following:
- Booking number
- Website address where better offer was found
- Screenshot of the offer from the website where better offer was found
Upon sending the message to avail of the guarantee, our reservations department will review the information. If the claim is found to be valid, the reservations dept. will issue an amendment to your booking at the lower rate with additional 5% discount.
